CUTE (Credit Union Telephone Enquiry)
CUTE is a “Phone In” System, which gives direct access to your CANA account information all day, every day.
To use CUTE you will need the following:
- Your CANA account number
- Your PIN number – Your initial PIN will be assigned to you by CANA.
For security reasons we strongly suggest that you change this PIN to a four-digit number of your choice when you first use the service. You may do so my selecting option 4 “Other Services” followed by option 5.
Then dial 01-6474299 or from within Revenue VPN 44299 and follow the prompts.
Information, which may be obtained from CUTE:
Account Balances: You can receive up to date balances on all your CANA accounts including Shares, Term Shares, Loan, Interest and Budget Scheme.
Loan Application Enquiries: This will indicate if a recent loan application has been approved for payment by advising the caller of the amount of loan available.
Budget Enquiry: By selecting a Category Code the caller can establish the last payment made and the balance remaining in that particular category of expense. The caller can also obtain details of the last lodgement he or she made and the overall balance on their budget account.
Other Services: includes the following options – Leave a Message, Statement Request, Opening times and Change PIN
